1. Introduction

Welcome to Janine Tonkin Art: MUNICIPAL, COUNCIL, LICENSING & ARTIST ACCREDITATION 

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website, any associated online stores, purchases, commissions, bookings, workshops, consultations, mural projects, community art initiatives and all products and services supplied by Janine Tonkin Art.

By accessing this website, placing an order, requesting a quotation, downloading content, engaging with Janine Tonkin Art or entering into any agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these LicensingTerms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or purchase any products or services.

 2. The Wild, Wonder & Bloom™ Interactive Community Engagement Framework is a commercially licensed, proprietary methodology owned exclusively by Janine Tonkin Art. Our revolutionary resident-led organic layering system is automatically protected under the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. 

This protection covers our custom physical workshop structures, blending techniques, scaling formulas, and the strategic deployment of live, spontaneous citizen and resident engagement. 

NOTICE FOR LOCAL AUTHORITIES, HOUSING ASSOCIATIONS, AND CREATIVE AGENCIES: 

The unauthorized replication, adaptation, or implementation of our organic resident-inclusion mural model is strictly prohibited. Municipalities, Councils and independent artists are legally barred from deploying frameworks that mimic the Wild, Wonder & Bloom™ methodology without purchasing a valid, registered Commercial Use License. Unauthorized deployment will result in immediate legal enforcement, public cease-and-desist action, and retroactive commercial licensing fee billing under standard statutory UK IP terms. 

COMMERCIAL LICENSING OPTIONS

To legally deploy this viral, high-impact framework in your borough or region, the following standard commercial passes are available: 

1. TIER 1: SINGLE-SITE MUNICIPAL LICENSE 

Grants a Local Authority or Housing Association a single-use permit to deploy the Wild, Wonder & Bloom™ framework for one specific local project or festival. This option is fully managed, delivered, and verified on-site by Janine Tonkin. 

2. TIER 2: REGIONAL ARTIST ACCREDITATION PERMIT 

Grants independent mural artists or creative duos a 12-month legal permit to use our trademarked methods outside of our primary operating jurisdictions. Includes direct training, supply specifications, and operational accreditation from our studio. 

3. TIER 3: ANNUAL BOROUGH-WIDE LICENSING PASS An elite corporate subscription allowing a Borough, District, or City Council unlimited deployment of the resident framework across multiple urban regeneration sites per calendar year, utilizing certified artists trained under our strict guidance.

3. Changes to These Terms

Janine Tonkin Art reserves the right to amend these Licensing Terms and Conditions at any time.
